With all the technology available online not every student may be familiar with the tools an instructor has chosen to use in class. To help ease the confusion for the student, and reduce the emails to the instructor, it is a good idea to make tip sheets that walk students through how to register for or use the tool. The following tip sheet was a collaborative project intended to guide students through the use of Google Hangouts, which would be helpful for students to use while collaborating on projects. This tip sheet ended up being more than just an educational experience, it was an important learning experience in working with people who have different personality types.
